Clear terms for the Furlift Dubai launch offer. Contact us before paying if anything is unclear.
The AED 69 launch price includes delivery to a confirmed Dubai address. Orders are normally delivered within 8–10 business days after dispatch. We will confirm availability, the delivery address and the expected dispatch date before requesting payment.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, send a photo and we will offer a replacement or full refund without requiring an international return. For a change of mind, the item must be unused and unopened; the customer pays tracked return shipping to the return address we provide, and we refund AED 69 after receiving and inspecting it.
We use the contact and delivery details you provide only to answer your inquiry, process your order, arrange delivery and provide customer support. We do not sell personal information. We share only the details needed by payment and delivery providers to complete your order.
